Based in Edinburgh, Scotland,

we are passionate about

every aspect of whisky,

from the barley to the glass

An active and long-time member of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Felipe’s devotion to whisky and how best to experience it includes developing a popular music and whisky tasting at the Caol Ila distillery for the world-famous Feis Ile Islay Whisky Festival. He has also worked at the award-winning independent bottler Robert Graham in Edinburgh.

In 2014, Felipe obtained an MSc at the University of Edinburgh, writing his dissertation on applying sustainable distillation practices on Islay whisky distilleries.

An experienced musician,  Felipe has performed with his award winning band, The Blueswater, at distilleries across Islay including Lagavulin, Caol Ila, Ardbeg, Bruichladdich and Kilchoman.

Rebecca is an experienced web designer with a passion for culture and design. She works for the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and recently graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Masters Degree in Carbon Management.
